One of RIM’s latest offerings is now available on O2. The Blackberry Curve 8900 was released onto the Irish market yesterday in O2 stores nationwide. Boasting such interesting facts such as being the slimest Blackberry on the market, a big screen and large memory.

For a small and compact handset, it can still punch above its’ weight, with 256MB memory with a hot swappable MicroSD expandable memory slot, a 2.4-inch HVGA high-resolution screen and also a full QWERTY keyboard.

Unlike the main Blackberry on Vodafone’s range (Blackberry Storm), the Curve comes with no Wi-Fi which is a sham. However, as a Smartphone, it does what it is meant to do, its smart! While also small and light, you don’t have to carry around a block in your pocket to stay in touch with the outside world.
